JOB GUIDE builds the bridge between employer and candidate. It offers both parties the opportunity of filling positions and of employment. JOB GUIDE offers many efficient and powerful options, both for recruiter and for candidates.

Employers have a number of management tools at their disposal such as opening their online management account to their very own job dashboard, company listings, bookmarking capabilities of interesting candidates and, foremost, the function to post their job offers.

JOB GUIDE also offer a suitable candidate recruitment process. In this instance the employer chooses the Guaranteed Hire Package on offer (please review our Job Recruitment Agreement).

Candidates wishing to find employment can easily open an online account with JOB GUIDE.  Their very own account allows job candidates to  view and sort current employment opportunities, add their resumes, obtain job alerts for employment that suits their resume description, to bookmark interesting employment offers and to keep a tab of past applications sent.

EMPLOYER LISTINGS - The Process

If you are an employer who wants to list job offers and employment opportunities you would need to:

  • Sign up: this gives you your login and password. You now have the key to our JOB GUIDE engine
  • Choose one of the three advertising packages: Classic, Stand Out or Guaranteed Hire.
  • Place your listing by filling out the online form. You also have the option to add a company logo, your website and as many details and job description as desired
  • Submit your employment offer.
  • Your listing should appear in approx 24-48 hours.

CANDIDATE LISTINGS

So you are looking for employment?

  • Sign up and you will get a login and password
  • You have now access to our JOB GUIDE engine
  • Submit your resume by filling up the online resume form, by attaching a resume file and by linking any relevent information from your LinkedIn account
  • You can attach a photo of yourself and attach a current resume/bio file
  • Fill out the online job form with as much information as you wish

Filterable Job Listings

Filter by category, job type, keywords and location.

Searches also display an RSS link which allow job seekers to subscribe a feed containing new jobs matching their search.

Frontend Job Submission

Allows employers to list jobs on your site from the front-end. The forms allow employers to input job details, including job description and location, and also add details about their company.

Each listing can be assigned an email address or a website which job seekers can use to apply to the job.

Employers can preview their listing before it goes live. The preview matches the appearance of a live job listing. After preview, the employer can submit the listing (for approval) or edit it further.

Single job listings

Single job listings show the job description, meta data, and company information in a clean format. The location can link through to a google map, and the company box can show the company tagline, twitter and website link.

An apply button is shown beneath the listing and can be pressed to reveal either the application email address or website URL.
